IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

  1. MWO-TOKYO DOES NOT COLLECT FEES FOR THE VERIFICATION PROCESS.
  2. Process Cycle Time is 10 – 15 working/business days
  3. Use A4 SIZE bond paper
  4. Do not staple the documents, you may only use paper clips.
  5. The documents should be arranged/organized following the checklist.
  6. ALL details must be ENCODED/TYPE-WRITTEN (no ERASURES).
  7. Signatures and Hanko must be ORIGINAL (E-signature is not acceptable)
  8. All documents in Japanese language shall be translated to English. All translations shall either have a certificate of translation or at least affix the name, signature and/or inkan of the person who translated the material.

  5. Supervising Organization has no pending welfare cases with MWO or has never been involved in any welfare and employment issues with any of the technical interns. Request a certificate of no pending case to our office and addressed it to our Labor Attaché and attention to our Welfare Officer signed by the Representative Director
  6. Supervising Organization must at least deployed trainees.
